Photo → STL in under a minute
Lay the tool on a sheet of paper and take a photo. Hang traces it to the millimetre and builds a holder you can print, with hooks for IKEA SKÅDIS pegboard or holes for screwing it to the wall.

Put the tool on a plain sheet of A4, Letter or A3, on a darker surface like a table or the floor. The paper sets the scale, so you don't need to measure anything.
Hold your phone straight above, with all four corners of the paper in the shot. Use daylight or ceiling light, no flash. Standing a little higher and zooming 2× makes the trace sharper.
Pick SKÅDIS hooks or screw holes, check the 3D preview, then download the STL. It prints flat on its back with no supports.
Finding the paper and tracing your tool…
Whichever way is up in the preview is up on the wall.
Measure the thickness at the tool's thickest point. The holder's rim is about 60% of it, so the tool stays easy to grab.
Building…
Usually within about 1 mm. The paper gives the scale and corrects for the camera angle. A single photo can't measure depth, though, so the edges of a thick tool shot from close up come out slightly too big. That only makes the fit looser, never tighter. Standing higher and zooming in reduces it. Use the "Fit" setting if you want it tighter or looser.
SKÅDIS: two hooks that fit IKEA's pegboard slots, 40 or 80 mm apart. They print as separate small parts: push each one into the wider lower end of its channel on the back, then slide it up. The holder's weight keeps them locked in, so you don't need glue.
Screw to wall: two countersunk holes (for about 4 mm screws). They sit under the tool where possible, so they're hidden once it's hung.
Any FDM printer. PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15% infill. Print it flat on its back with no supports. Print the SKÅDIS hooks on their side, the way they're laid out in the file.
Use A3, or pick a larger sheet size and tape two sheets together. The tool has to lie fully on the paper, because the sheet's four corners are what set the scale.
An STL for that tool, in any mount or fit you like, downloaded as many times as you want. A 10-tool pack gives you a key that you can use on your next 9 tools.
